At Keerthana Silks and Sarees, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date you receive your saree.
• The saree must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and neatly packed in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment for exchanges, including the shipping expenses, as we do not offer a pickup facility.
• Once we receive the saree and it passes inspection, we will process your exchange promptly.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
• To initiate a return, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted opening video of the parcel, showing the product from start to finish.
• Once the return is approved, the refund process will take 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
