Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return

    • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
    • To initiate a return, you must email us at [keerthanasilksandsarees@gmail.com] with an uninterrupted opening video of the parcel (from start to finish). This is required as proof of the defect or damage.
    • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Condition of Return

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Products that are altered, customized, or purchased during sales or clearance are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping.
    • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • Refunds are processed only for defective or damaged items returned with proper evidence (e.g., opening video).
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  2. Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account after confirmation of details.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with gift cards are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.

  • Products returned without prior approval or incomplete proof (e.g., missing opening video) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Keerthana Silks and Sarees reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet our return conditions.
