We currently offer domestic shipping within India to all cities and towns across the country. No matter where you are located, we will ensure your sarees and silks reach you promptly.

  • Shipping Areas: We deliver to all states and union territories in India, including metropolitan cities, towns, and rural areas.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. Our team ensures that your saree or silk item is carefully packed and ready for shipment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within India for purchases over ₹5000 (customize based on your pricing).
  • For orders below ₹5000, a nominal shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your order.


4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Typically, 3-7 business days for most locations across India.
  • Remote Locations:

    • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer, up to 10 business days, depending on the location and carrier service.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your order urgently, we offer an express shipping option for faster delivery (1-3 business days) at an additional cost. Please contact our customer support to inquire about this option.


5. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable and trusted courier services to ensure your orders are safely delivered:

  • Domestic Couriers:
    • India Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, or other trusted local courier services.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address during checkout. Keerthana is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to correct it, before the order is dispatched.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship all orders on time, there could be occasional delays due to:

  • High demand during festive seasons or sales events (e.g., Diwali, wedding season, etc.)
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen events affecting courier services
  • Public holidays that may affect shipping timelines

If there’s a significant delay in your order, we will inform you promptly and work with the courier company to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the respective courier's website using the tracking number provided.


9. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take extra care in packing each order, if your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you either receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
